I think the thing I like most about implementing a SIM campaign is that your customer base wants to hear the pro’s and con’s of what you are offering. It’s just a great open way to test what you are offering and receive quick response. It reminds me of Bar Codes of all things. One business I have is selling Drug Testing Kits in a chain of convenience stores. I would take 6 months to figure out which ones really sold. With bar codes, the moment they buy at the register, I know what sold, the color of the box and where it was in the store. As a side note, I quit putting the kits in red boxes!
